Retailer OS stores that use our platform can send text messages (SMS) to customers who provide their mobile number and opt in — for example when creating an account or checking out on a store’s Retailer OS website, or in person at the store. These messages may include one-time verification codes, order and delivery updates, pickup and appointment reminders, receipts, and occasional store promotions.

Mobile phone numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data (including consent) is not shared with any third party for that party’s marketing.

Message frequency varies depending on the store and your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Replying STOP will unsubscribe you from further messages from that store.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. You may request access to or deletion of the information you’ve submitted by contacting us.
